There are several areas of flats in the city, ranging from expensive flats in central locations to ordinary concrete blocks to cheap student flats.

There are two large areas at the southern edge of town, typical concrete suburbs with the typical problems.

Near the university there are several old houses, which has been remodelled and now contains cheap student housing. It is a friendly neighbourhood, but there is a lot of partying going on and the flats are quite small.
